Terms & Conditions – What to Know Before You Buy

• Natural Wood Variations: As a real wood product, slight variations in color, grain, and texture are natural. Checking (small cracks) and twisting may occur over time as the timber dries, but this natural process does not affect the structural integrity of the timbers. We mitigate this process by sealing the ends of each timber for our customers.
• Payment Terms: 50% deposit required to confirm order; balance due on delivery.
• Change Orders: Any requested modifications after order confirmation may result in additional charges.
• Customer Responsibilities: Permitting, unloading, site preparation, and installation are the customer’s responsibility. Contact us for guidance on assembly or contractor recommendations.
