Constructed from Eastern White Pine, surfaced on four sides (S4S), the timbers retain their natural resilience and charm. Customers may upgrade to Douglas Fir or Western Red Cedar for superior grain patterns and weather resistance. Joinery is crafted using stub tenons and secured with RSS heavy-duty screws, ensuring long-lasting strength. The pavilion’s stability is further enhanced with custom steel post base connectors, ideal for anchoring to concrete pads or footings. An optional upgrade includes roof decking made from 2×6 Select Spruce, Kiln-Dried (KD), T&G V-Groove, offering a beautiful and functional exposed ceiling.
